How do I buy an item on Lollipuff?
Super Easy.

If it's an auction, place a bid on an item. All listings on Lollipuff start off as silent auctions. In a silent auction, each account is allowed only one bid. Bidders do not know if there are other bidders and other bidders' bid amounts. If you are the highest bidder at the end of the listing, you will win the item and be responsible to make payment for the item (bid amount+shipping).

If it's a purchase now, simply pay for the item via PayPal.

How do I sell an item on Lollipuff?
Super Easy. Provide pictures and description needed for the listing. We will check the authenticity of your item. If the item is confirmed authentic, your item will be listed within 3 days. Once it's listed, answer any questions that potential buyers may have for the item. When/If your item sells, wait for the highest bidder/buyer to pay through PayPal. What is the return policy?
To bring you the best prices on designer items, there are many different sellers on Lollipuff. Some accept returns while others do not. If returns are accepted, the return policy is usually outlined in the description of the listing.

I am interested in buying an item, but I am worried. What happens if the item turns out to be fake?
We are 100% confident of our authentication skills. If we're not absolutely confident that the item is authentic, it does NOT go online. Prior to Lollipuff, we had transacted over hundreds of high end items in the same way on a test site. We never had any authenticity issues as we request very detailed pictures of many spots of the item (not all photos are shared as we know there are many counterfeit lurkers). However, if you do receive a fake and the item matches the pictures on our site, we will request you to send us the item to confirm. If the item is fake, we will assist you with getting your money back from PayPal. If you are successful in getting your money back, we will also reimburse you extra money for our mistake. If you are not successful in getting your money back via PayPal, we will reimburse you for the price of the item. We take safety VERY seriously! If there are any accounts that we deem unsafe to our community, we have no qualms to terminate that account immediately, particularly since these are high end items. Your security is our #1 priority.

What if the seller never ships the item or sends something significantly not as described?
Please leave a message on the private message board associated with the item. This is a place where the seller, Lollipuff customer service and the buyer can communicate. Most issues can be worked out. Further protection is provided by PayPal buyer protection. Simply go to your PayPal transaction and report item not delivered or item significantly not as described, whichever is appropriate. You must open a dispute within 45 days of the payment. From there, PayPal will facilitate the next steps for investigating this case. Please refer to the Lollipuff PayPal buyer protection for more information. We will provide additional help to the problem and make notes or take any necessary action that we feel is appropriate.

Will Lollipuff add more designer brands in the future?
Absolutely! Because, we value you and the authenticity of each item represented on Lollipuff, we only allow the sale of designers that we are 100% confident in authenticating. Authentication requires great knowledge of a designer and differs greatly from brand to brand.

I've sold an item. The address located on the PayPal payment is not confirmed. Is it safe to ship?
Other auction sites such as eBay do not require confirmed addresses either. Besides, it may be impossible for your buyer to confirm his/her address; PayPal only confirms addresses in the UK, Canada, and the US at this time. As long as the PayPal transaction states "Ok to Ship," you can ship.

I am located in Russia, Romania, Algeria, etc. Why won't the site allow me to buy or sell?
It's not personal, but certain countries are categorized as high risk. This may be because the country may have undependable postal services, or high incidence of money fraud. Because authenticity and safety are of the utmost importance, we practice regulations that other online auction sites may not. As we grow, we may include additional countries that were originally blocked.

I bought a designer item on some other resale site. Can you tell me if the item is fake?
