It's always surprising how much fakes sell for on sites like eBay. Recently, we saw one of the ugliest fake Chanel bags sell for nearly $2k! The bag looks so ridiculous that we had to share it with you!
Here are the pictures of the "Chanel" bag that sold for nearly $2,000:
How bad can this counterfeit get?!? It's nothing like the better Chanel fake that we discussed in a previous post. This thing SCREAMS plastic, and every single characteristic from the zipper to the stamping is just WRONG. This is criminal...
So, how can such an obvious fake sell for this much?
The answer is in the description:
I know it's a bit hard to read, but the description states:
"Absolutely perfect condition authentic Chanel 2.55 double flap. Purchased at the original 31 Rue Cambon in Paris, it needs a new home and to go to a loving person! Any questions feel free to ask. Happy shopping!"
It's a pity that some people abuse others' trust. Stating that an item is authentic or stating where the item was purchased means absolutely nothing when it comes to buying secondhand luxury. What matters is what the item looks like! And, this pitiful bag is nothing like an authentic Chanel.
This seller's behavior does not only affect buyers; it also affects many honest sellers on eBay too. It allows fraudulent buyers to place false claims on sellers who actually sell authentic items!
You'll never ever see a fake being sold on Lollipuff. If you want the low prices that you see on eBay but don't want the risk associated with it, Lollipuff is where you need to shop. Check out all the authentic Chanel on sale here.
