I used to always wear heels. Always, and the higher the better. But, nowadays, I can appreciate a pair of comfortable shoes. Perhaps, it's because I am getting older or perhaps it's because I live in Silicon Valley where everyone purposely dresses down. Whatever the reason, I'm totally loving these cozy fashion choices.
It's really nice to give your feet a break every now and then. And, the following comfortable shoes are my favorites when I'm going to be on my feet most of the day.
High-top wedge sneakers are not only comfortable, they have a cool girl punk vibe. Chunky sneaks are understated, hip and add a little leg length. Mine are Skechers Skch plus 3 (burgundy) and a quilted Vince Camuto (navy). Unfortunately, both of these are no longer being sold anywhere.
Keds creates some of the most classic-looking tennis shoes ever. This style was popular 30 years ago, and likely to be in style 30 years from now! A classic red Keds sneakers adds a bright pop of color.
My gray Skechers City Life shoes are more about comfort than anything else.
Quite simply, I have never owned a pair of shoes that felt so good. It's like walking on memory foam pillows customized for your feet. The wedge shoes sport a 1.75 inch heel, but a portion of that sinks down as you step down. They are easy to slip on and off, making them the ultimate shoes for any casual evening strolls.
