Chanel is irresistible. Everything from their CC logo to camellia flowers has mysterious appeal. So, here's how to make your own fabric camellia flower.
1. Fabric and Fabric Glue
3. Needle and Thread
Step 1: Spread a thin layer of fabric glue on one side of your fabric, and allow the glue to dry. This will stiffen the fabric and also stop the fabric from fraying after it is cut.
If you have stiffer material like a shower curtain, you can sub the fabric and skip this step.
Step 2: Print this flower template below.
Step 3: Using the template, make your fabric shapes.
Step 4: Finally, sew the pieces together as shown.
And, voila! A pretty fabric camellia flower.
Here it is next to a Chanel camellia flower that was part of packaging. Btw, Chanel has changed their camellia flower many times, so there are many versions of it.
I attached my fabric camellia flower to a hair tie for a feminine ponytail look!
