100% Authenticity Guarantee

Since every item on Lollipuff goes through a thorough authentication process, we are 100% confident that every item listed on Lollipuff is authentic. If we make an authentication error, we will request the item be shipped to us. You will be refunded your total purchase price including any shipping costs. If you have authenticity concerns, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.

Our Authentication Process

We take authentication very seriously and have a patent-pending process to make sure that we get it right every time. We require sellers to provide specific, detailed photographs of each item. Each photo also contains a note that helps us ensure two things: (1) that the seller possesses the item, and (2) that the photos accurately reflect the item's current condition. Each photo is then thoroughly reviewed by Lollipuff's team of experts to ensure that no counterfeits ever appear on the site.

Lollipuff relies on a team of experienced authenticators. Our lead authenticator is our CEO, Fei Deyle. Fei is on a personal crusade to rid the world of fake luxury goods. She has been a well-known online authenticator for many years. Fei used to (and still occasionally does) authenticate certain brands for some of the top consignment stores in the US. She has also helped dozens of people claw their money back from unscrupulous counterfeiters on other auction sites, such as eBay. Many well-known online consignment stores routinely consult with Fei for her authentication expertise. Read more about our CEO and lead authenticator here.
