Not only do we monitor Lollipuff transactions very closely, purchases made on Lollipuff are protected with PayPal buyer protection. In the uncommon event that your item does not arrive or arrives significantly not as described, PayPal will investigate the case to determine if your money should be fully refunded.
1. If the item you purchased does not arrive or arrives significantly not as described, please start by contacting the seller directly by leaving a message on the private message board. This board is available to the buyer, seller and Lollipuff community service. Lollipuff monitors all communication on private message boards, because we always want you to have the best experience possible at Lollipuff. We also provide assistance to the situation when it is appropriate.
2. If a resolution cannot be made, simply go to the PayPal resolution center. If you have a problem with a transaction or have not received the item, a PayPal dispute must be opened within 90 days of the purchase date. From here, you can communicate directly with the seller to resolve any issues.
3. If you are unable to resolve the dispute with the seller, escalate the claim within 20 days of initiating the PayPal dispute. PayPal will look into this case. If they decide in your favor, a full refund including shipping will be made.
